TIDE TABLE
Furniture
2023
In an effort to engage with nature I set out to learn through mimickry. Insipred by the sand formations on the coast of half moon bay, I design to replicate the forms for land shape by the tides. Naturally the legs of the piece are ceramic while the glass top acknowledges water relationship in shaping earth.
The legs also serve as vases peaking out over the glass. The glass can be completely removed and vases also work independently.
